🌞🏖️Goodbye Summer, Hello Changes 🍂🌒

Hello Sensi-Seeker

Stepping Into a New Phase

Change can be Hard

Nearing the end of summer, many of us go through a big change. Whether you are beginning school or your kids are.

Sometimes, the change of weather can affect us too. From our energy levels to mood, etc.

Or, you maybe you happen to being going through a different kind of transition this time of year.

Life is by nature, always changing, and some of us more sensitive-types don't handle it as easily. I know I don't- haha! However, over the years I have learned ways to cope with it easier.

Here are some quick tips that can help you through your current transitions:

3 Ways to Transition Smoothly

  1. Keep healthy and comfortable habits alive. For instance, keep going to that weekly workout class. Or, having your morning meditation. This will help keep your nervous system calm amid changes- giving it a safe space.
  2. Release fears surrounding the change/transition. EFT is a great way to help let go of fears. Or, talk through them with a therapist, trusted friend, etc. Allow them to challenge your possible irrational thoughts.
  3. Focus on what excites you about the change. Look at all the positives and fun you may have during this time. For instance, maybe your not thrilled about the change of weather BUT you do love the seasonal activities (Thanksgiving, Halloween, apple picking, etc.). If you are an empty nester maybe now you can look forward to more freedom, a cleaner house and newfound peace.
