😻🌍Love is the Big Picture: A Knowing that can Ease the Biggest Worries 🌍😻

Hello Sensi-Seeker

Love Keeps us Balanced

When Uncertainty is Looming

🔮When there is any looming uncertainty (and there is plenty in the world right now), we more sensitive types can take it a little harder and become easily overwhelmed.

Things like special occasions can help ground us and allow us to focus on something positive. However, when it is all said is done and we can go back to "regular" life, the dense overwhelming fog can creep in again.

Tips to Stay Balanced

🧘‍♀️Here are simple ways you can ease your overwhelm and stay grounded and balanced:

  1. Shut off the noise (take a break from news, social media, technology, and even people (if you can).
  2. Anchor/stand firm in a relaxing practice; deep breathing, bubble bath, yoga, etc. (this will help you release/let go of any negative energy).
  3. Look to your support system: spend time with loving and supportive people. Make a commitment (or re-affirm one) that you will always have each other's back.
  4. Find reminders in nature showing change is natural and necessary (and not always predictable). Yes, it can be painful, but usually, on the other side there is something beautiful (like a flower)

🤔This last one may seem counterintuitive, as at first, this knowing can bring fearful thoughts. However, if you let yourself process these emotions by using your anchoring technique, often this fear will turn into comfort.

💗You will feel like all the little things don’t matter anymore and in the big picture, it is all beautiful. It almost feels as though your soul/spirit has a remembering of love that is embedded within your essence, that encompasses you and it IS you.

Hello Sensi-Seeker The Other Side of ... A Dark Moment This week turned dark quickly, as multiple stress factors added up, and my body was at war with itself.
