3 Steps to Prepare for the Session (after purchasing)

  1. Book a Free Consult: Here, you will get a 20-minute 1-on-1 session with me to ask any questions and learn how you can uniquely prepare for the group session.
  2. Book a Group Meeting Time: Save this link, so you can book into the group session time that works best for you.
  3. Fill out Intake Form/Review Workbook: After you have the free consult, I will send you a client intake form and also encourage you to review the workbook and jot down any issues you want to work on and/or questions that come up.
