🌍💗Nature as Your Therapist? Earth Inspiration💗🌍

Hello Sensi-Seeker

Nature as Your Therapist

300, 000 Years Later & It Still Has Your Back

🌍Do you know who the most reliable nurturer is? The one that constantly provides food, water, shelter, and many other valuable resources, essential to our existence AND happiness? Mother Earth, that is who.

✨Another very valuable benefit Mother Nature provides us is mental health! She can ease your anxieties, release negative energy, uplift your spirit, and more!

3 Ways to Use Nature as Your Mental Health Guide

  1. Use your Senses: Soak in the sights 👀, sounds 🎶, textures ✨, and tastes 🍓 of nature. Fresh herbs, sun on the face, and the earth beneath your feet. This will greatly help your health on ALL levels. There is evidence that shows physically connecting to nature helps your mental health. AND eating fresh food and enjoying it helps with weight control, absorbing more vitamins, and more!
  2. Hone your Intuition: Let nature set your rhythm. Wake with the sun ☀️, feel the breeze instead of checking an app 🌬️, and be with it all. This is great for your energy levels, helps presence/awareness practice, and increases your intuition (so you can make better decisions), etc.
  3. Let the Animals "Speak" to You: That random deer 🦌 or crow 🐦 sighting? It might not be so random. Look up its message🧿 Nature always speaks if you're listening. If you are wondering what to do, where to go, or you just need some extra wisdom in your life, this is a great practice. I always find it is SPOT on with what I need to hear that day/moment. Think of it as nature’s tarot card messages in real time! It gives the best advice!

Bonus Benefit

As you practice this connection to the Earth more and more, your gratitude will also grow. Even if it is just for the obvious thing that Earth gives us: LIFE. This will help you to take more conscious actions that benefit the planet and ultimately all of our futures on it, and the quality of our lives. A healthy planet makes for healthy people and growth overall.
