#1 Tip for Empaths AND HSPs!

Create Space! With your body, mind, and spirit. Why? So, that you can THRIVE. With our gifts, we can get overpowered and suffocate easily with "clutter" around us. It is like a plant trying to grow in too small of a pot. Give yourself a BIGGER pot!

How to do this...

There are many ways you can create space for yourself. Here are some ideas:

  1. Literally, clear your physical space/home of clutter. This will help free up the energy in the room.
  2. Create a space that is YOURS only and it is special (a place to meditate etc.)
  3. Spend time by yourself! Go for a walk, do some yoga, journal, etc. Your energy and soul NEED it.
  4. Set boundaries. It is OK to say no to things/people in your schedule that do not SERVE you. If we want to be our best selves in the spaces that matter most, we must say NO to unimportant things that drain us.
  5. Clear up the garbage in your mind! Literally, say DELETE when an unhelpful/negative thought arises. If you find that difficult, and the issue keeps arising, there are many other techniques to help you think and feel better, but the most effective I have discovered and I put into a course!
