3 Benefits of a Healthy Forehead Chakra

This week we focus on the FOREHEAD chakra. This is located in the forehead area, and its symbols in nature are the night sky and stars. The following are 3 major benefits of healing this chakra, AND some ways to heal/empower it.

1. Greater Intuition

Often in the wellness community, it is seen as something only advanced spiritual people have but in actuality, we all can refine our intuition and use it to benefit our lives.

When we tap into the energy of the forehead chakra by doing things such as dream work, we can practice our intuitive skills, refining them more and more until it becomes second nature and then we can seemingly trust our intuitive hits and act on them.

2: Clear/Reasonable Thinking

In addition to the practices mentioned above and the affirmations, here is a list of things you can do to heal and empower your FOREHEAD chakra; read spiritual and philosophical texts, meditate at night (under the stars preferably), let your fantasy run free by reading or writing fairy tales/mythology/fantasy-type literature, and wear/use the dark blue/indigo colour. ** The best time to do these is during a waning moon.**
