2 Tools to Make Parenting Easier

🌱In the group mentioned above, I will focus on the 5 Pillars I believe are essential for your kid's healthy upbringing. All 5 have been researched by professionals and are research-backed. AND I have had personal experience and success with them!

😄Think of these as healthy coping strategies that will last them a lifetime and help PREVENT future problems such as depression, anxiety, addiction, etc.

✨I will then take these 5 Pillars and put an energetic spin on them to get the MOST benefit possible.

🌈Here is a sneak peek at 2 of them and specific tips to implement their healing effects.

  1. 🏵️Nature: Practice stillness in nature with your kids- teach them how to soak it all in! An example, is standing still in the middle of the forest, and saying, "Let's close our eyes and listen....what do you hear?" Natural environments are perfect for practicing presence and attuning to the senses (aka good grounding skills), which is super helpful for those who get easily overwhelmed with emotions.
  2. 🎨Art: Get them to pick their form of art (paint, crafts, etc.), then give them direction such as, "Make a creature that represents [insert big emotion, i.e. grumpiness]". Tell them there are NO rules (they can use any colours, add as many eyes, feet, etc. they want- make it silly and fun!).

Hello Sensi-Seeker The Other Side of ... A Dark Moment This week turned dark quickly, as multiple stress factors added up, and my body was at war with itself. However, with some support and remembering to use my tools in my toolkit, I climbed out to see the light quickly. ✨During a journaling session, an ah-ha moment came to me that I wanted to share and get your thoughts on. "Even in the darkness, all colours exist. All levels of opportunities and beauty are available." ❓For some odd reason...
