👻🙀Your Inner Teen Still Haunts Your Present: What POV are they DYING to Share? 🙀☠️

Hello Sensi-Seeker

Why Your Inner Teen's POV Matters

It is Often Forgotten

You may hear therapists and others in the wellness world talk about inner-child healing but have you ever heard of inner-teen healing?

Recently, I had an ah-ha moment, realizing so many of my issues today actually stem from trauma (big and little Ts) during my teen years. So I delved into healing her, and it has been incredibly liberating!

So many teens suffer and I really feel there is not enough support or compassion for them, and therefore not enough compassion for our own inner-teens.

I would love to help change that. Here is why I think it matters that we heal this part of ourselves and understand its point of view:

3 Reasons Why it Matters

  1. Our inner-teen holds are most grandest and ambitious dreams that were often never realized. Healing will help unlock this door and give a fresh look into who we really are and where we want to go.
  2. Relationships are HUGE during our teen years. From friends to first romances, its where the seeds of knowing how to create healthy relationships are planted (or not).
  3. Taking the time to look at this part of ourselves, gives it a voice- a voice that may have been oppressed, ignored, undervalued, etc. It can be extremely empowering to take back these voices.

Next Steps...

There are so many more reasons why your inner-teen matters! That is why in the next few weeks, leading up to Halloween, I will be continuing this theme and offering ways you can heal and understand them.

If you would like to jump right in, feel free to Book a Free Consult: Here, you will get a 20-minute 1-on-1 session with me to ask any questions and learn more about our services.
